ANASMA WORKSHOP TOPICS FOR DANCERS

STRUCTURE OF THE CLASS
Intro – icebreaker
Warm up relatively the topic, to make the body available and ready for the work
Technique or exploration according to the flow of the class :
– Explanation
– Group work & individual work
– Exploration
– Traveling
– Short choreography or composition
– Performance by groups if time allows and coaching
Cool down

The flow of the class will depend on the mood and inspiration of the day, the general research of the moment, the specific needs of the students, the level of energy and availability of all, the technical level and background.

HOW THE LIST WORKS HEREUNDER

TOPICS are gathered under general CHAPTERS.

CHAPTER/THEME:

Each topic can easily be made into a Two to a Five hour workshop.

In a two hour workskop- Topic (2h30 or less) , we will focus specifically the goal.
In a five hour workshop – Topic, we will be focusing on the topic PLUS use other neighbouring topics from the same general theme.

A detailed description can be provided for each workshop.
We are happy to craft TOPICS/ titles/ description according to the themes of your event, to your crowd and their needs and to the time granted for the TOPIC.

Each CHAPTER can be treated in a minimum of 3 hours.

– Send name of events/ brief description/ city, country / your date/ eventual geographic restrictions/ the total hours of teaching needed/ whethe or not you want a performance.
– We can tell you if Anasma is available or not. If she is available, you will receive a standard contract with conditions.
– Once you accept and sign, you have to send a 20% deposit and we are good to go.
– We can help you craft specific topics titles for your event theme/ students, using elements from the list below. We can also advice on best selling topics and best flow of the class and duration for each.
– You will receive promotional material : HD photos, detailed workshop descriptions by Dropbox or Wetransfer.
